Village Pine Venue is a Charleston-inspired dream brought to reality and located just outside the world-famous golf town of Pinehurst, NC. The elegant and modern facility features gorgeous views of the entire property including a large water feature. With a slight farm, slightly industrial aesthetic, the property is a serene space that exudes a fresh vibe. Guests can enjoy cocktails on the veranda or at the indoor/outdoor bar. Winding trails lead to several special ceremony spots including the courtyard and pond.

OUR EXPERIENCE…
Owners and operators, Sammy and Melissa McPeake, have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years combined experience, with his family owning three local franchised hotels. They saw a need for an event venue of this kind for many years and this dream is finally coming to fruition.
Melissa will be the primary organizer of the property and has rental experience and a drive to succeed.
Sammy has a passion for design, construction, and restoration that is helping make this venue a reality.
They both have a great interest in landscaping and outdoor entertainment, which is exhibited in the plans for the grounds.
OUR FAMILY…
Sammy and Melissa have been married for 21 years and reside in Aberdeen with their three daughters.
They have lived in the community for over 30 years and are very invested in preserving and improving Moore County.
