Moore Philharmonic Orchestra’s 20th Annual Holiday Concert

The Moore Philharmonic Orchestra’s 20th Annual Holiday Concert will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 7:00 PM in Pinecrest High School’s R.E. Lee Auditorium, with doors opening at 6:00 PM. Under the direction of Eric Kopecky, the concert will feature popular holiday pieces such as “Christmas Festival,” “The Nutcracker Suite,” “Rudolph” and many more holiday favorites.

The Moore Philharmonic Orchestra features a full symphonic ensemble of advanced students and adult community members, highlighting its focus on community involvement. Admission is donation-based; any amount is graciously appreciated. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to purchase tickets for the Annual Themed Basket Raffle and enjoy taking a photo with Santa.

Proceeds from all concerts help continue free membership for all orchestra members, showcasing the organization’s commitment to enriching the community’s cultural landscape over the past two decades.

This festive concert features local talent in Moore County while providing an opportunity to enjoy holiday music and create new traditions.

A Nutcracker Tea Party

Join us for a tea party including locally grown tea and delicious sweet treats while you enjoy our rendition of The Nutcracker. This story will be narrated to help our guests follow along and include multiple styles of dance.

PGA Jr. League brings friends, families and communities together through golf. It is open to boys and girls ages 7-13. The Deercroft GC PGA Jr. League creates fun-filled, team golf experiences, with expert coaching from our PGA Coaches your children will not forget!

Our PGA Jr. League teams are open to players of all skill levels, from true beginners to competitive golfers. Kids will learn and play in a two-person, scramble format that fosters mentorship among teammates. Over the course of each season, we see our players grow in confidence, learn to work as a team and develop problem-solving skills. Support Pinecrest High School Future Business Leaders of America. On the first Thursday of every month, in the afternoon, Homeward Kitchen in Southern Pines will give a percentage of the check from anyone who says they are there for Pinecrest FBLA. Funds will go to the club to help support state and national competitions. The Our first opportunity will start on Thursday, March, 7th.
