Richmond County Teacher Charged With Indecent Liberties Involving Student

A Richmond County teacher charged with indecent liberties is facing multiple felony counts following an alleged incident involving a young student. The case has raised serious concerns across the community as details continue to emerge.

According to reports from WSOC-TV, 40-year-old Amanda Faye Boulware of Rockingham has been charged with three felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a child under the age of 12.

Details Of The Richmond County Teacher Charged With Indecent Liberties

Authorities say the alleged incident occurred on January 1 while Boulware was working as a teacher at Temple Christian School. The arrest warrant does not provide specific details about the alleged acts.

Boulware was arrested on April 23. Initially, no bond was set, and she was required to provide fingerprints and a DNA sample as part of the legal process.

Later that same day, a judge granted a $7,000 secured bond, allowing her release under strict conditions.

Release Conditions And Next Court Date

As part of her release, Boulware is prohibited from having any contact with children except her own. She is also not allowed within 100 yards of places where children gather and cannot be on school property.

Her next court appearance is scheduled for April 30 in Richmond County.

This Richmond County teacher charged with indecent liberties case remains under investigation as officials continue to gather information.
