According to reports from the Richmond Observer, 57-year-old Curtis Dean Campbell is accused of chasing drivers and running at least one person off the road in Moore County. The incident reportedly occurred along roads near Pinebluff, raising serious safety concerns for local drivers.
Officials say Campbell then crossed into Richmond County, where he allegedly attempted to chase another individual. Deputies later tried to stop him for reckless driving after reports of him traveling at high speeds.
