Life and Health Transitions, LLC is a full-service, family-owned, independent insurance agency dedicated to educating our customers on all of their various insurance options. We value our clients and are dedicated to serving them.
Chris and Phyllis began their insurance careers in the early 2000’s. Phyllis became employed by a nationally known Medicare Insurance Company and is still considered an “elite” agent. As the senior population expanded and more companies entered the market, it became evident to the Owens that they could better serve the needs of their clients by offering choices from multiple Medicare insurance carriers. They strongly believe that every individual should have an opportunity to choose a plan best suited for their individual healthcare needs, lifestyle and financial budget. From this simple strategy and by building solid relationships based on transparency and trust, Life and Health Transitions, LLC became a reality.
