First up, if someone ever told you to go to Hell, now you can actually buy it. More than seven acres in Hell, Michigan are officially for sale for $625,000. The property includes an ice cream shop called Screams, Hell’s Chapel of Love, a souvenir store, a post office, and even something called Damnation University. Honestly, that’s a lot of amenities for eternal damnation.
Meanwhile, Madonna is getting people talking with a new short film promoting her upcoming album, Confessions 2. The film features celebrity cameos from Sabrina Carpenter, Julia Garner, Kate Moss and others, along with plenty of over-the-top visuals that only Madonna could get away with.
In music news, Sammy Hagar is being refreshingly honest about low ticket sales. Sammy recently moved several U.K. tour stops into smaller venues and openly admitted the shows weren’t selling as well as expected. He says he’d rather play to a packed, smaller room than perform in a half-empty arena.
And finally, a woman in Southern California got the surprise of a lifetime while cleaning out an old freezer in her garage. Inside? Twenty sticks of live dynamite that had apparently been sitting there for decades. The bomb squad safely removed the explosives, and officials say if they had detonated, the blast could have caused major damage throughout the neighborhood.
