Southern Pines Finalizes Purchase of New Town Hall

The Town of Southern Pines has officially closed on the purchase of a new Town Hall at 300 SW Broad Street, marking a major milestone in the town’s long-term planning efforts.

The new facility will bring several key services under one roof — including administration, human resources, finance, utility billing, planning, and inspections. Town leaders say the consolidation will improve internal operations while creating a more convenient “one-stop” experience for residents and businesses.

Interior improvements are planned in the coming months, including construction of a new council chambers, followed by department moves into the updated space.
