We take the health and well-being of our community, our clients, our AOS Team members, and your private-duty caregivers very seriously. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Amy Natt, Founder of AOS
Aging Outreach Services (AOS) is a full-service elder care firm that includes a team of professional care managers, an accredited caregiver registry, and a monthly publication (Outreach NC).
As the world, our nation, and our local community all face the COVID-19 pandemic and adjust to a new normal, Amy Natt and AOS reach out to the community with support, resources, and reassurance. This may be an unprecedented time that we’re living in, but the team at AOS has been skillfully meeting needs of seniors since 1999 — particularly during challenging transitions and periods of anxiety.
We’re here to help.
Our team is here to provide expert advice, qualified care, and timely educational content. We support older adults, family members, caregivers, facilities, community groups, and employers in creatively and individually assisting clients as they age.
As you hunker down in this new world, keep your distance, and shelter at home, Amy wants you to know that you’re not alone. AOS is watching the COVID-19 situation closely and paying special attention to the impact on the senior community.
Together, we will create an action plan customized for your needs and safety concerns. Our team at AOS is ready to help and support you. We will do our best to take care of your needs and refer you to needed resources.

The AOS office, located in downtown Southern Pines, is open and operational. We are taking new clients in need of our services. Private-duty caregivers and care managers are available to make home visits to ensure that remains well and safe.
For seniors that are concerned about running errands, locating supplies, or that are in need of extra care due to family limitations, we’re here to help.
Following guidance from health officials and government agencies, AOS will continue monitoring the COVID-19 situation to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of everyone — our staff, clients, and community as a whole.
