A Robbins drug and firearm arrest followed a search of a home on Lakey Siding Road, according to information released by the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives obtained a search warrant for a home in the 1300 block of Lakey Siding Road and conducted the search on July 2.
Investigators reported seizing suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, Suboxone, untaxed liquor, and a stolen firearm.
Robbins Resident Faces Seven Charges
Michael Davis, 67, was arrested following the search and booked into the Moore County Detention Center.
He was placed under a $125,000 secured bond.
Davis is facing seven charges, including possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for a controlled substance, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, possession of nontax-paid alcohol, possession of a stolen firearm, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
The Robbins drug and firearm arrest was announced by the sheriff’s office on July 7.
The charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
