Pinehurst Approves New Mixed-Use Development Near Rattlesnake Trail

The Village of Pinehurst has approved zoning for a new mixed-use project near Rattlesnake Trail and McCaskill Road.

The development will feature two two-story buildings with commercial and office space on the ground floor and residential units above.

Part of Pinehurst’s Growth Plan

The project follows Pinehurst’s Village Place growth plan and revives part of a development originally approved in 2016.

Developers will now move into the technical review phase before construction begins.
