This support group is open to anyone in a caregiver role, including family and professional caregivers. All information is confidential within a support group.

The AOS Care Management team of Aging Life Care™ Professionals facilitates this monthly caregiver support group. Each team member is a Dementia Alliance trained support group facilitator and is devoted to providing the necessary tools and resources needed to accommodate the individual needs of each caregiver.  If you are not available to participate and you need to talk or share concern, give AOS Care Management a call at 910.692.0683.
