Join us on a journey of love, laughter, and liberation in Leonard Gershe’s timeless Broadway classic, Butterflies are Free. Set against the backdrop of the swinging 1960s, the play follows Don Baker, a young musician eager to embrace the world on his terms. When he crosses paths with his free-spirited neighbor Jill, their connection sparks a transformative exploration of love’s boundless possibilities. But when Mrs. Baker, Don’s well-meaning yet interfering mother, arrives from Scarsdale, sparks fly when they argue over Don’s ability to live independently. Butterflies are Free is an uplifting tale of discovering the colorful wings of true independence.
